  2. WHAT PERSONAL DATA DO WE PROCESS AND WHERE DOES IT COME FROM?
    As a result of your relationship with us, we may process different categories of personal data, always depending on the service or product contracted with us. This data may be collected through any of the means offered by Agro Rincón S.L., both online and in person. The categories of data processed may include the following:
    1. Corporate data of entities and contact details of their representatives or contacts.
    2. Identification data of natural persons: first name and surname.
    3. ID number / identification document, telephone number, email address, postal address.
    4. Academic and professional data: education and qualifications, professional experience.
    5. Banking data.
  3. PURPOSE. WHAT DO WE USE YOUR PERSONAL DATA FOR?
    Agro Rincón S.L. informs you that it may process personal data for the purposes indicated below, provided that there is a legal basis for each processing activity, as explained later. For certain purposes, Agro Rincón S.L. will act as a Data Processor, in which case the corresponding Data Processing Agreement will be signed with the associated entity.     SUBMISSION OF CV / RÉSUMÉ
    If the user sends us their CV, we inform you that the data provided will be processed in order to include you in any recruitment processes that may arise, carrying out an analysis of the applicant’s profile in order to select the best candidate for the vacancy. If any of your data changes, please notify us in writing as soon as possible so that your data may be kept properly updated.

    Furthermore, by providing your data through any of the available means, you guarantee the truthfulness of the data provided and undertake to inform us of any changes to it.

    Please remember that when we ask you to fill in your personal data in order to give you access to a certain functionality or service, we will mark some fields as mandatory, as they are data we need in order to provide the relevant service. Please note that if you choose not to provide this data, you may not be able to enjoy those services or functionalities or send us your request.

  5. DATA RETENTION. HOW LONG WILL WE KEEP YOUR DATA?
    The personal data provided will be kept for the time necessary to fulfil the purpose for which it was collected. Once this period has ended, we will keep your data duly stored and protected for the legally required limitation periods. Once any possible actions have become time-barred in each case, we will proceed to erase the personal data.
  6. WHO DO WE SHARE YOUR DATA WITH?
    In order to fulfil the purposes indicated in this Privacy Policy, it is necessary for us to give access to your personal data to entities that support us in the services we offer you, namely:
      1. Financial institutions
      2. Technology service providers
      3. Business advisory entities
      4. Social Security authorities
      5. Tax Agency
    Apart from those indicated above, Agro Rincón S.L. will not transfer personal data to third parties, except where legally required to do so. However, should any transfer to a third party take place, the user will be informed in advance and their express consent will be requested for such transfer. The entity responsible for the database, as well as those involved in any phase of the processing and/or the entities to whom the data has been communicated — in all cases always with the corresponding authorisation granted by the user — are obliged to observe professional secrecy and adopt the levels of protection and the technical and organisational measures within their reach necessary to guarantee the security of personal data, avoiding, as far as possible, unauthorised access, unlawful modifications, theft and/or loss of data, in order to ensure the corresponding level of security of the files, according to the nature and sensitivity of the data provided by users of this website.

  7. RIGHTS YOU MAY EXERCISE

    You may exercise any of the rights explained below simply by indicating the reason for your request and the right you wish to exercise. If we consider it necessary in order to identify you, we may request a copy of a document proving your identity.

    In general, you will always have the right to:

    • Request access to your personal data, in order to know what data of yours we hold.
    • Request rectification of your data. Please note that, by actively providing us with your personal data through any means, you guarantee that it is true and accurate, and you undertake to notify us of any change or modification to it.
    • Request that we erase your data insofar as it is no longer necessary for the purpose for which we need to process it, as informed above, or where we no longer have a legal basis to do so.
    • Request that we restrict the processing of your data, which means that in certain cases you may ask us to temporarily suspend the processing of your data or to keep it for longer than necessary when you may need it.
    • Request portability of your personal data. This means that you will have the right to receive the personal data you have provided to us in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format, in order to transmit it directly to another entity whenever technically possible.
    • Request the right to object to the processing of your data when the processing of your data is based on our legitimate interest.

    Agro Rincón S.L. must reply to the request within one month from receipt of the request. This period may be extended by a further two months if necessary, taking into account the complexity and number of requests.

    You have the right to withdraw the consent given at any time by sending an email to administracion@agrorincon.com. Withdrawal of consent will not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before the withdrawal of consent.

    If you consider that your right to the protection of your personal data has been infringed, you may lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency, www.aepd.es.

  8. WHAT HAPPENS IF YOU PROVIDE US WITH THIRD-PARTY DATA OR IF A THIRD PARTY HAS PROVIDED US WITH YOUR DATA?

    There are occasions when you may provide data relating to third parties, for example contact persons. If you provide us with Personal Data relating to third parties, you guarantee that you have informed them about the purposes and the way in which we need to process their personal data.

    If a third party has provided us with your data, we will process it for the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy.

  9. CHANGES TO THE PRIVACY POLICY

    We may modify the information contained in this Privacy Policy whenever we deem it appropriate, for example to comply with legislative or case-law changes. If we do so, we will notify you through different means via changes on the website, or we may even inform you by email when the relevant change is significant in relation to your privacy, so that you can review the changes, assess them and, where appropriate, object to them or unsubscribe from any service or functionality.
